Getting out-of-hours emergency IT support and Advice
We offer out-of-hours support for emergency IT issues. This is available whether you have an existing contract with us or not as we understand the impact IT downtime can have on your schedules, profits and reputation therefore our aim is to get your business up and running with manageable or no IT issues.
We advice that you assess the to see if the issue can be dealth with during office hours The issue might be a security breach, no-access to your files, network outage, your broadband internet connection, or any other issue; our emergency IT support service is here to help with you.
Our out-of-hours cover
- Monday to Friday: 6pm to 12am
- Saturday, Sunday, bank holidays: 8am to 10pm
Please note we do not offer 24-hour out -of-hours cover.
How to report an IT emergency
Contact the IT Support and Advice team and let them know it’s and EMERGENCY. You can do this in person at the office (during office hours) or call 01908 886236.
The IT Support and Advice team will contact a member of the on-call team who will contact you ASAP to make arrangements.
